Donor Advised Funds and Services

Our Donor Advised Funds are professionally managed and emphasize an innovative, socially responsible investment focus that can include community/mission related opportunities. We target positive, long-term financial returns combined with environmental, social, and other community impacts.

The Triskeles Foundation's staff and Board has years of not for profit and financial management experience.  Selected investment professionals/firms are highly knowledgeable about the socially responsible investment field.

  1. Have interest in various progressive causes but don't know which organizations might meet their expectations.

  2. Value a thorough, socially responsible investment approach consistent with their values.

  3. Wish to support certain organizations but need the Triskeles Foundation to provide due diligence on these groups prior to funding.

  4. Want to learn more about certain organizations or inititatives.

  5. Desire to meet other people with similar philanthropic interests and goals.

  6. Want to be sure that the assets aset aside for gifting are protected for that purpose.

  7. Expect fair cost, thorough administration.

  8. Want a progressive, professional, service-oriented ethos.

  9. May have a philanthropic plan but don't want to handle the administrative, tax and distribution details.

  10. Seek the opportunity beyond the immediate tax year for donors to make philanthropic decisions and recommend gifts.

  11. Want a "back office" function, including check-writing and regular reports, which are provided by the Triskeles Foundation.

  12. Appreciated flexible agreements supporting organizational needs.

  13. Want a tax deduction to the fullest extent of the law.

  14. May appoint successor advisors, such as children or trusted friends.

The Triskeles Foundation has established a number of organizational and Donor Advised Funds to date.
