Prior to his 18 years of experience with individual and institutional stock and bond portfolios, Michael worked with his father’s institutional municipal bond firm in La Jolla, CA. In his youth he was also groomed by his grandfather who was one of the first Chartered Financial Analysts® in the country and who also served on President Dwight Eisenhower’s staff. His 18 years of investment experience commenced in 1998 when he worked in Morgan Stanley’s individual investor division. It was in his second year that Mr. D’Allaird was selected from a pool of over 13,000 advisors to advance to the institutional side of the firm in Midtown Manhattan. After a number of years with Morgan Stanley, he was recruited by Smith Barney to help coordinate the High Net Worth division in Wilmington, DE and in 2008 was recruited by Merrill Lynch to continue his successful career. Mr. D’Allaird is Senior Vice President - Wealth Management, Senior Financial Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisory Program for Merrill Lynch. He holds his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada. His registrations include FINRA Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 registrations as well as his Life and Health insurance license.
